BUILD™ JOB SEEKER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
Welcome to the BUILD™ Workforce Platform operated by BUILDCO ENTERPRISES, LLC ("BUILDCO").
Before creating your profile and participating in the BUILD™ platform, please carefully review and acknowledge the following:
1. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION
Your participation in the BUILD™ platform is voluntary. BUILDCO provides a technology platform designed to connect prospective employers and individuals seeking employment opportunities within the construction, skilled trades, transportation, manufacturing, and related industries (“Job Seekers”).
2. AUTHORIZATION TO USE AND SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
By creating a profile, you authorize BUILDCO to collect, store, organize, process, and share the information you provide, including but not limited to:
• Contact information
• Employment history
• Resume information
• Certifications and licenses
• Training records
• Skills and qualifications
• Other information you voluntarily submit
You authorize BUILDCO to make your profile and related information available to participating Employers for recruiting, hiring, workforce development, and employment-related purposes.
3. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
You certify that all information submitted through the BUILD™ platform is true, accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
You agree to promptly update your profile if any information becomes inaccurate or outdated.
4. NO EMPLOYMENT GUARANTEE
You understand and acknowledge that:
• BUILDCO is not an employer.
• BUILDCO is not a staffing agency or employment agency.
• BUILDCO does not make hiring decisions.
• BUILDCO does not guarantee employment.
• BUILDCO does not guarantee interviews, job offers, wages, benefits, or working conditions.
All employment decisions resulting from your participation and utilization of BUILD™ are made solely between you and prospective Employers who utilize the BUILD™ platform.
5. NO VERIFICATION OF QUALIFICATIONS
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, BUILDCO does not independently verify:
• Employment history
• References
• Licenses
• Certifications
• Training credentials
• Educational records
• Background information
Employers are responsible for conducting any screening or verification they deem appropriate.
6. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
You consent to receive communications electronically, including:
• Job notifications
• Platform updates
• Account notices
• Service announcements
• Legal notices
• Training and workforce development opportunities
7. TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY POLICY
By creating a profile or otherwise utilizing BUILD™, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to be bound by BUILDCO's Terms of Use which govern your participation in the BUILD™ platform, and are incorporated herein by reference.
8. CONSENT AND ACCEPTANCE
By selecting "I Agree" and submitting your profile, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You have read and understand this Participant Registration Agreement and BUILDCO’s Terms of Use.
• You consent to BUILDCO's collection, storage, and use of your information as described herein.
• You authorize BUILDCO to share your profile information with participating Employers.
• You agree to comply with the BUILD™ Terms of Use.
• Your electronic acceptance shall constitute your legal signature and have the same force and effect as a handwritten signature.
